ANNUAL EXHIBITION BY ISWK KINDERGARTEN
The Kindergarten wing of Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir held its Annual Exhibition on 25th of February 2016, at the Kindergarten premises. Sushma Pandey, a teacher by profession and spouse of His Excellency, Indra Mani Pandey, the Indian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman graced the occasion as the chief guest. The presence of Harshendu Shah, D.N.Rao, Lobo and the members of the managing committee added grace to the day.
The KG children welcomed her with a floral tribute, followed by the cutting of the ribbon and the lighting of the lamp to mark the inauguration to a spectacular display of creativity!
The exhibition entitled “Blooming Buds” signified the growth and development of tender minds growing into responsible young children. Various activities that were demonstrated by the children were based on the theory of Dr Howard Gardener’s Multiple Intelligences.
Various colorful exhibits gave a deep insight into the curriculum followed at the Kindergarten. Sushma Pandey displayed keen interest in each exhibit. Her involvement, enthusiasm and spontaneous response in the appreciation of the effort by the teachers and the students was well received by one and all.
The fabulous presentation and display of creative work that was done by the children throughout the year generated keen interest in all the visitors.
