Special assembly for INDEPENDENCE DAY by kindergarten children
INDEPENDENCE DAY
To mark the 69th Independence Day of India the children of the kindergarten showcased their love and respect for their country by putting up a special assembly on 16th August, 2015 with a true spirit of patriotism.
The foyer was decorated with balloons in tricolor and relevant pictures. Children were adorned with clothing, wristbands and headbands in the tri-colour. They spoke about the significance of each colour in the flag and the great leaders that were instrumental in bringing freedom to our country. They sang a patriotic song with great enthusiasm and waved the national flag with great pride. The assembly concluded by the singing of the National Anthem of India.
Our children are the future citizens of our country and indeed the assembly instilled in them the spirit of true love, respect and patriotism for our motherland –INDIA.
