Psychological First Aid Training
On 12 September, our Clinical Psychologist, Ms. Namita Pandey, led a practical Psychological First Aid (PFA) session for Senior School teachers.
Through real-life scenarios and interactive activities, teachers explored how to notice, listen, and connect when someone is struggling.
The session highlighted the importance of supporting students, colleagues, and ourselves. Because sometimes, the most powerful support is simply being there and listening.
