JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION AT ISWK KINDERGARTEN WING
A special assembly on Janmashtami was conducted in the Kindergarten of ISWK on 8th of August 2015.
The entire foyer decorated colourfully created an awesome ambience and the “Dahi Handi” caught the attention of the children. The teachers and children were dressed beautifully in traditional attires.
The tiny tots were dressed as cute "Gopikas" and danced around "Krishna" and the little krishna danced with his flute. The breaking of the "Dahi Handi" was shown to the children which was a moment of joy and happiness to all.
The main significance of celebrating this day was to encourage goodwill and discourage the thought of evil. A feeling of love and unity was instilled in the minds our tiny tots.
